Arrange an appointment and confirm the collection location directly with the team. Ask about payment clearance, required identification, documentation, loading access, and who may collect on your behalf before making travel plans.
Using a transport carrier
Discuss whether you’ll arrange your own carrier or need help exploring options. Ask about open or enclosed transport, carrier insurance, vehicle condition reporting, loading requirements, and the full quoted cost.
Confirm it in writing
Carrier availability, estimated timing, insurance, costs, and responsibilities should be agreed in writing. No shipping area, fixed delivery date, or transport guarantee is promised here.
